Astan offers pipework services for heating, cooling, water, waste and natural gas applications. Our team are experienced in the design, supply and maintenance of a range of pipework systems. At Astan, we support our U.K. clients with our 5000 sq./mtr fabrication workshop and onsite pipeline services. Ranging from above and below-ground coded welding, electrofusion, threaded, compression and press-fit jointing methods.
Astan specialises in the industrial and commercial marketplace. We design and install heating systems and offer specialist plumbing services to a variety of businesses.
We have over 30 years of experience in the waste-to-energy and HVAC sectors, including gases, steam, air, thermal fluid and instrument pipelines. We are gas approved and have designed and installed many natural gas pipework systems. We have extensive knowledge of water/waste and hot/cold water pipework for both commercial and industrial applications.
Our code of practice is within ASME, B.S. and EN standards. This includes welding qualifications and procedures with external audit and training organisations. Commissioning, pressure testing, QA/QC documentation and audited handover packs are available for all projects on request.
We work with a variety of clients, including offices, warehouses, power plants, renewable energy companies, retail outlets and many more. We can work with existing pipework systems and offer repair, servicing and maintenance for your existing installation if needed. We currently employ 12 skilled coded welders and 12 skilled pipefitters.
